These vegan cheesecakes are incredible! The blueberry and chocolate ones are my absolute favorites—rich, creamy, and surprisingly healthy, with a great boost of plant-based protein. I’m vegan, but even my non-vegan husband is obsessed with them! You’d never know they’re dairy-free. Plus, Silvia, the owner, is so sweet and clearly puts so much love into every cheesecake ❤️
